Shawlz is an export house based in Amritsar, in Punjab State of North India. We are in exports of shawls and handicrafts since 1992. Our supply partners are Internationally recognized and certified (ISO 9001) and produce the Best Quality, Fine Crafted shawls and handicrafts. We have a dedicated team of experienced designers and Kashmiri workmen who work closely with our supply partners to produce masterpieces.

How long does it take for my goods to arrive? 
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days. Delivery time is 3-7 days depending on the location and availability of the product after receipt of payment.

What type of payment do you accept? 
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express & Discover thru Paypal Payment Gateway

Are my credit card details safe? 
Yes. We use third-party payment gateway (Paypal) that employs industry standard SSL encryption (128bit). Your card details are never kept by us.

What is your refund / exchange policy? 
At the moment, we do not entertain refunds. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you can exchange your purchase for a different item on our store. You must ship the item at your expense and be received by us within 28 days of your receipt of the goods. It must be complete, unused and undamaged. The shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

To what countries do you ship? 
We currently ship to USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore.

What is your privacy policy? 
We respect your privacy and security. We do not share any of your contact details with any other party. Any contact from us, by whatever means, will be in relation to your order or in response to requests for information only.

Important Note: The design and colors of the product ordered may vary with the actual product as most of the shawls/stoles are hand embroidered and hand dyed. Due to high volume of orders, we may ship a variant of the product ordered if it is not available. The variant will be the closest match of the product ordered and will not be less than the amount paid.
