We ship your orders directly from India. We use reliable courier services like DHL, First Flight, Air Borne Express, etc. and your order is insured while in transit.

Shipping Cost
The shipping is calculated automatically during checkout. The shipping cost depends on the weight of the product and the country to which it has to be delivered. The more products you order, the less shipping you pay.

Shipping Schedules and Delivery
We ship Monday through Friday. Every effort is made to send items as quickly as possible once an order is received. You will normally recieve your order within 7-10 days. 

Signature Required 
All orders are shipped by Reliable Courier Service with SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY. Please provide a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for your package upon delivery.

Gift Packing
A Special Gift-Packing can be arranged free of cost. Kindly mention Gift Wrap in 'Special Notes' section of Order Form.

What is your refund / exchange / return policy? 
At the moment, we do not entertain refunds. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you can exchange your purchase for a different item on our store. You must ship the item at your expense and be received by us within 28 days of your receipt of the goods. It must be complete, unused and undamaged. The shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
